The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program provides a path to permanent residence for foreign investors who invest substantial capital in U.S. commercial enterprises. Investors must invest at least $800,000 (Targeted Employment Area) or $1,050,000 (standard) and create or preserve at least 10 full-time jobs for qualifying U.S. workers. E-1 and E-2 visas offer non-immigrant options for treaty traders and investors from countries with U.S. trade agreements.
